Grand Final time in the footie is Sept/Oct but for NAGs I reckon it'll be this Qrtr. In the coming weeks PASS Contracts will be awarded most likely (unless there are delays with the Borers), Assay Results from NND001 & 2 & 3 will come in & I believe what was speculation will become fact.

If NAGs were to miss out on the PASS & contracts went to a Business not disposing of PASS within the guidelines of the Environmental Effects Statement, then NAGs is likely to take the gloves off (I would expect).

After spending over a $million on preparing the site for PASS EPA approval, I don't think they would take it 'lying down' if someone else does'nt meet the same requirements and is allowed to take PASS without treatment.

It's obviously happened in the past. If it happens in this case, I think and expect all he'll will break loose as it would be a scandal & NAGs would have nothing g to loose in exposing it. NAGs may not get all the PASS as there is very limited capacity in melb with facilities that can dispose of it under water but it's small scale compared to 1.4m tonnes.

So bring on the Grand Final I say. This years event could have fireworks at half time and celebrations at full time - for NAGs shareholders that is.
