I cant see 20% growth , online Baby stores are a plenty and growing in numbers . I have seen plenty of physical stores come and go. The business listed at an Enterprise value to pro forma forecast FY2016 EBITDA multiple(c) 10.5x , currently its close to 20X and we are still yet to get the FY2016 EBITDA for another 6 months. Still expect TDM Asset Management to be a seller in six months time when FY2016 comes out..
