The majority of Aussie consumers are not savvy bargain hunters in my opinion. That's why places like EB Games and JB Hifi are still around despite not having the best prices - people go where they know, often the first place they can think of. Personally, I would not buy big ticket items from an overseas company I am not familiar with unless friends tried and recommended it.
