I feel everyone's pain, I'm sure its similar to mine and hope one day lessons learnt here are not repeated elsewhere.

The issue certainly around communication and relevance of data in announcements.
The communication required NOW, is direction, scale and transparency. History, in particular last year, it's unlikely there will be any. I expected Dominic leaving would alter focus and maybe it will, but maybe he was trying, we will never know, as there was never an explanation.(Please correct if wrong)

Good management is transparent, clear and concise, poor management is opaque, frosted and open ended.

FR - My thoughts are not very confident on this patch, so many other explorers are coming up dusters in close proximity, so its with hope they dig deeper in MARS and concentrate on this field IMO. Unfortunately it appears we will need CR's, but at what price? 3c, 2c? and who? Underwritten? Unlikely I think.
Think its time to shelve this dog for 2-3years in expectation they will "Get it together", no longer on my pet list.
Yes, I will hold but closer to the dog bowl, at least he will have some fun tearing the paper.
