Depending on the content of the news releases, a few good reports could cause this "Penny" to move sharply upward in SP.

"become an acquisition target for a major mining company".

There is no one here that thinks that DLC will be able to mine the Cobalt/Copper by itself for sure. DLC is a adult entertainment company with a good cash flow and hopefully rising profits and a management looking for investor value and a deep pocket investor to turn the Nevada Goodsprings Mining Mineral Claim called Highline into a business. A Cobalt and Copper Business!

However they accomplish their goal is irrelevant for sure. Acquisition/buyout/partnership percentage deal or whatever is not important here. One of the above. The value of the Cobalt and the side value of the Copper and Gold could lure a real mining company with big bucks for sure. Let us large holders of DLC "Cross our Fingers" like some silly posters do on their chat room companionship posts and hope for fireworks. Why not! Stranger things have happened to holders of mineral rights in the past.

Cobalt is a huge Strategic Mineral Requirement for the United States now and for the future. China is trying to tie up the Cobalt producers all over the world and low and behold, right in Nevada is a huge deposit could just be waiting to be opened up. The DRC is way too dangerous and costly to invest in.

And remember, "Stock Trader Girl" says to wait until the news is produced and to wait until the SP goes up before U buy! Less Risk!

According to the last ASX report, over 80% of Delecta is held by the top 20 shareholders. Very Closely Held!
