thank you N/S and matt, i am using this strategy as well , in the past 6 months i have accumulated enough reit's to make a small fortune and i see the office buildings around me filing up the last few weeks, my law firm has been busy and i really think that the whole sector will come out of this in better shape in years to come, and has you said matt where can i find comm/indus/resi property at the discount we are receiving ????? whilst i have been hording away with these reit i saw the resource sector as an opportunity to buy into aswell and as a fact most of them have gone up 3-400% from lows. the funny thing is i sold an investment property around 6 months ago and that same house has maybe gone up 5%..why would 1st home buyers of the last 6 months be taking up the grant to get a loan of 400thou plus at a rate that is going to hit 7% by next year when they could have invested in the market the last 6 months and paid cash for one right now...this stumps me.
