No mate.. its been like this.. so dont get tempted. When you see 10 million in volume.. then you can say bullish market. Poor little thing will be downplayed by big boys for a cheaper capital raise. And why not when you got the managements full support. Will advise to stay away till we get a clarity about project finance. Some times you even struggle to sell 100k shares at a price which it shows on the screen. Very thinly traded no volume stock. unless you are in for 3 years... dont even look at it. (sharing my experience.. do your research)
