Ans'ment Oct-Nov (full disclosure please) included positive speculation about a 2 million OHD potentially being awarded though didn't it? 25th Oct was Li 26th Oct was OHD I assume by "pick" you mean spike ... sure .014 to .030 back to .020 a week later. Your point isn't lost on me though ... those that bought at higher prices might get a chance to bail at better prices than currently stand because there seems to be a new round of delusional buyers or is it just reincarnations in a different form?
