DB you nailed it when you said they were not in a position to argue.
They could not negotiate with GSM to the advantage of the co when they had more cred.
They could not enforce the agreed price during the CR (may be mates rates caps raise)
And they have given a third of Gpp on a plate to ION for 'the gold at the end of rainbow'.
