1- Sufficiently many SHs put complaints in so that it is hard to ignore. ASIC's power and resources are to be increased and during the recent events ASIC is now under pressure to DO ITS JOB ... they do not want to be the subject of the next inquiry themselves,
2- A law suit either individually or class action. This has been considered.
