@coppernoob, Thank you for the articles. It simply reflects the disregard GPP has for its holders and prepared to treat us with contempt. The 37% against should have triggered at least the reasonable standard of corporate governance and the chairman at least acknowledging the dis-satisfaction. They plainly IGNORED us. As per The Australian article too, it also reflects the lack of transparency.
