    There you have it - I just checked and you are correct, only 25% (of the votes cast) is required - It is even easier to send a strong message. In fact in the example of the other company only 6.7% of the total shares on issue voted against the remuneration resolution but it was more than 25% of the votes "cast" as some abstained & of course the management - with their BIG chunk of shares - were not able to vote


    So, it is not hard to give them a First and then a Second strike (resulting in a spill) if they keep feeding us BS and do not actually perform. The problem with GPP has been that SHs have been kind to them and kept voting for their remunerations because they have constantly FOOLED us with the next new "most promising new project" and now the "most promising new management" ...


    WELL this time, FOOL NO MORE, now project, management, direction (battery or green stuff), whatever ... FOOL NO MORE - happy to have you as the new manager BUT just don't ask for my money in next CR - show me your worth FIRST (in a FOOL NO MORE sense) and I may then consider it.
