Just for the record, I supported the attempted 249D and fyi, the then RM's never suggested King to a lesser role at all .......
The new management haven't started very well considering, the new managing director cannot answer emails, and has already indicated that drilling at Lincoln Springs that was to start this month might be started before Xmas, and fyi as well, do you know what responses I got from ASX/ASIC along with the company's responses, and from correspondence ASIC haven't finished..........

As for the results, not as flattering as you would like people to believe ....
King/Xcel/Tomsic/Astron/mates/TheSower/small sale make up approximately 320M shares, so deduct that little contrived group and the results aren't all that good, although still it was around 60% for 40% against for those that could be bothered registering a vote .......
