Humour me this then so only Lithium in these "alleged" conflict zones and ones with "infrastructure" problems will be affected BUT isn't YOUR "MILLION DOLLAR MAKING" preferred Cobalt company situated in the DRC, the same zone that you had no problems highlighting "war zone" issues right up until you took a position in a share in the country?
I wholeheartedly agree
@Taurus65 what a load of dribble, and this is from the same person that sprouted and ramped how good the Morabisi project was, how good the "grab samples were" and how good management were, how good the OHD project was and heavens forbid, the addition of the "3rd Bazooka" when the SOP tenements were announced or the "4th Bazooka" when Kopang came along......... to now infer that after depreciating share holder wealth, diluted the share, spent over $5M on the OHD project, wasted their time after being conned by the experts of GSM, its a good thing that GPP now have fallen into the same "fluff, have we got a deal for you" from a couple of salesmen - to which one of them sends share holders an email indicating that he wanted to answer questions, MEH, as long as the question was on the lines of "hows the weather!!!
Same Modus Operandi, different names ......
You do not need to be a rocket scientist to know that the "yes" vote will be successful, what you need to look at though is how it was achieved ....
Step 1: A placement to "undisclosed" sophisticated investors, followed by a SPP to currentshareholders
Step 2: with the possibility of disgruntled shareholders that have seen their holding being decimated to the point that it was basically worthless, the company decides "although it values all share holders" you lot of minority holders are a pain in the bottom and are costing the company money by being on the register .. 15M shares held by 1925 shareholders have subsequently been sold to "undisclosed" and at a rate that contravened GPP's Constitution as well as the information that was presented in the announcements.
Step 3: Oh me Oh my, someone may be trying to overthrow the board, PPPSSSSSSSSTTTTT buddy's we have 150M shares available in our 7.1 and 7.1a capacity - help us out here and we will give you cheap shares to which from all available records 75M went to Xcel Capital (run by Bulesco and Tomsic) at $0.005c
Step 4: Lets go again boys, 24/7, 365 days a year and the "schmuck" shareholders will fall for any hope we can provide..... lets get us a new commodity and keep this lifestyle going.
Neither you, nor the
@TheSower attempted to place a time line and cost of when/where/how this new "lifeline" could/would come to fruition. At the speed that GPP work, and the new team of directors are already making "excuses" re: If weather permits we will be drilling by Xmas, but true to form no mention of the year..... from the "acquisition" announcement to McLeans email, the time lines have already been pushed out by 2 months - RINSE and REPEAT.
You have no interest in this stock what soever, as indicated by the email exchanges you previously had.
Good luck with your investments though, 60/40 splits are common these days
@HAC30 right on the money, but the new "proposed" managing director is using the same sales pitch, highlighting "grab, rock chip samples." and some are suggesting that these two new "financial guru's" will be the lifeblood of GPP........
cheers
All the above IMO ...........
