They need to clean house. Get rid of everything, management and sell projects. Keep OHD but have it independently reviewed to determine if it should be continued, JV'd, sold or just activities ceased. They dont have the capital (or access to it) to properly explore morabisi after the initial results were trash, needle in a haystack.
