"However in my opinion I strongly believe the votes will be in a big majority in favour"
No doubt about that at all, considering the second placement to "recipients unknown" plus everyone else that has given up on GPP and feel they are left with only hope. It will be a long couple of years to bring on the "proposed" acquisition, if and only if, they have anything in the tenements considering that these were previously passed over by other companies.
Considering also, that the company haven't disclosed the results of the independent review of the "proposed acquisition" due diligence, but expect share holders to blindly "believe" anything that comes from their announcements and vote to accept the phase 1 payments to ION Minerals!!!
It has now been proven over and over again, that management of GPP sensationalize their announcements re: 300% yield increases, major REE discovery, Morabisi to rival Greenbushes and the Pilgangaroo regions to then retract and come up with BS to quantify doing what they do best and that is to chase after the next big commodity, credit raise to maintain their corporate lifestyle.
More of King's fantasy statements : "The addition of quality battery minerals projects with a clear path to commercialisation in addition to experienced management is an exciting opportunity for GPP."
Just a snippet of information for you: they are already 2 months past there timeline (GPP announcement versus ION Minerals Corporate Presentation) for activities on the "proposed acquisition" tenements.
What sort of time frame would you suggest (given the usual speed to which GPP work at) before you could possibly see the "new" exploration going to anywhere near a PFS (remember GPP are great at saying there is a PFS imminent, but failed to produce one)
