As I understand ASIC only does something if something triggers their radar (e.g., big stuff or automatic things like SP/S vol speeding ticket).
Just for information, here is the link to lodge a complaint with ASIC (takes only a few minutes) - It is not all obvious if you try to find this link from the homepage as it leads you to a lot of "how to" complain stuff and not the actual complaint form/page. So, hope this helps if you decide to consider to lodge a complain yourself.
You would scroll half way down the page to "Make a report" and then click on "Report misconduct now". Here is the link to the report directly. If it doesn't work (e.g. if it directs you to some login page - which does when I access it on my mobile instead of laptop - then you can try the first link above).
