Just pondering if GPP will be able to meet listing rules 12.1, 12.2 and 12.4 considering the amount of they are intending to spend on the "proposed acquisition" as well as the increase in board members?
Whether GPP can continue to unequivocally meets, and after the transaction will continue to meet, the above listing rules, specifically 12.2 which relates to the entity's financial position......
