@anatol's knowledge may be up there perhaps on par with @Scarpa BUT @fooca is making a different point as I understand and that is: Having the knowledge is one thing, drumming up a company is another AT A TIME WHEN ONE IS WORK FOR THE COMPANY is another - In Australia I believe volunteers work under same code of conduct as the employed workers.
