@nexusb I was questioning the same and am eagerly waiting. Seems management has done what they could do to keep the investors identity hidden as the doscussion on HC suggested a query was made (by @fooca ?) and the answer was the company reserved the right not to reveal info. BUT one would expect the plaxcement would result in at least change of substantial holding or becoming a substantial holder.
If there WAS a change in holding this will be a case to look at more closely if official timelines were not met re informing change in sub holdings, given management's being keen not to reveal info on who participated in placement.
