So as the story continues: quoted from nondiscrypt's post

GPP will pay $250,000 to Ion Minerals, which will pay Remlain which Mineral Intelligence own 100% of the shares.


What I would like to be able to find, is the term sheets of Ion's Ashburton and Lincoln Springs rights to acquire.......

Yep this is a good deal but not sure where the current shareholders of GPP fit into that category....
