When/if the "proposed" new directors come on the board, they will be the largest share holders, it benefits them ..... I agree, mineral resource flippers for cash!!
There should be a slight improvement, surely we won't need Suttling as Secretary/CFO with the credentials Williams has? One less KMP maybe?

Ashburton (Remlain directors) are the same as the directors of Mineral Intelligence who are also the 100% shareholders of Remlain. A dud project they couldn't fob off maybe as @Davy Boy indicated, having been passed over by Newcrest and Peak resources, why???

Also bear in mind that we will only be acquiring 70% of the Lincoln Springs project, the current owners are Carbine Holdings which has only recently had a name change from Australian Lime Company - from where the rock chip samples came from .......


All I see is a mish mash of weaving and ducking for everyones benefit EXCEPT the current shareholders...
