GPP a new beginning, page-129

Can someone explain to me  how this is in any way, shape or form is beneficial to shareholders? ... all I see a rotten carrot on the end of the stick tbh.






So we're appointing a Managing Director to GPP who IS ALREADY the managing director of Ion Minerals which we're about to acquire through HIS mining investment platform Mineral Intelligence which he was the founder and is major shareholder of?

And this is at a monetary cost to shareholders of $5,383,000? !!!!  

He's a finance dude, as is the other Muppet.  




I'm sorry but what's beneficial about this deal? ... sure I see a lot of financial dealings but who's pocket are we lining here ?   It doesn't seem to be that of shareholders -

Honestly, I propose they change the name of GPP to "Chasing Rainbows Inc" while they're at it tbh.
