Its interesting that the proposed acquisition suddenly materialised at the same time the 249D was served.. Or did it?
Surely at some time past, the company has approached GPP with the proposal of an RTO but was knocked back, politely declined, or "maybe, we'll see".
Imagine if King didn't have that rabbit to pull out if his hat, he'd be stuffed. Pretty cunning card to be holding to be honest IMO
