I can understand your angst re: voting for the acquisition/new board members versus rejecting it and remaining status quo with the current board composition. IMO, the unfortunate outcome will be a lack of funds to progress everything that GPP have taken on, a rinse and repeat of what they are now renowned for.
Will that affect their ability to be able to garner interest from sophisticated investors that will be needed to fund just the new acquisition, without even considering funding for the OHD/Turesi/Kopang & NT projects?
My guess they are again hoping they have hit a jackpot with another attempt to get something substantial in a market driven "hot commodity", so hopefully preliminary sampling does get great returns and some market excitement.
Still with the concern that some of these tenements have been overlooked previously as you have indicated, as I previously suggested sampling as part of due diligence would be an idea, but I highly doubt that will be the case, we will be going to a vote on the back of the acquisition information and the results therein.
