I sent an email to BDR asking how we can trade the GPL shares. Here is their reply...............

Great Panther is a public company that is listed on both the TorontoStock Exchange (TSX:GPR) and on the New York Stock Exchange (American)(NYSE:GPL). New Great Panther Shares will not be quoted or tradable on the ASX.Rather, the shares will be immediately tradeable (at the shareholder’selection) on either the TSX or NYSE. The indicative date for commencement oftrading on both exchanges is 8 March 2019.

 

To trade Great Panther shares, you will have to set up an internationaltrade account. On 19 March 2019, DRS Advices for New Great Panther Shares willbe dispatched to the registered address of Beadell shareholders. Once you havereceived the Advice, you should contact your broker and inform them the numberof New Great Panther Shares issued to you and the ISIN number of Great Panther.Then, they will be able to allocate the shares into your international tradingaccount."
