Roy, regulatory barriers for all 3 are very similar which indicates that working together all 3 companies should be able to bridge just the one time rather than each addressing together.
The three companies I refer to are ALC, RAP and MDR, each has synergies, working together they can fill the entire ICT quota rather than a single aspect of it which obviously gives them an edge over any single company looking to address a single part of a health systems requirements. When you look at the agendas of Australian, NZ, USA, Canada, Finland and no doubt others which I have not researched, they are all addressing the same agenda. They all want informatics, e pharmacy and telehealth.
RAP I know the least of but they have performed extremely well to date therefore any coalition between the companies to me would be seen Asa very positive move.
