Co-Payment should be used to improve efficency in the delivery of Healthcare so we deliver more for less, particularly as our healthcare costs spiral upwards due to demographics.
WTF does the Govt. know about picking winners in anything let alone Biotech - don't they know that Investment in Biotech is like gambling in a Casino.
