The government is again begging the banks to loosen their lending practices. An attempt to pump the property bubble back up. They dont want to have the property market collapse on their record when it comes to the election.
The government just spent a year tightening the lending practices of the banks via APRA. The RC uncovered very loose lending practices that is leading to a record household debt which will collapse sooner or later and now they go begging for the banks to loosen controls.
Will the RBA lower rates in a disgraceful attempt at re inflating Australias biggest property bubble.
