Advert in todays AFR that the Government is to re-open the review/findings of the anti-dumping case of mobile bins brought by NLX (and others) against Malaysia.
Case was proven mid year and penalties imposed, The issue caused comment in NLX's annual report to the effect the dumping of the bins had a significantly detrimental impact on NLX profitability for the 2005/2006.
Fair to say that if the review panel reverses the decision then will be bad news for NLX.
