For someone new to VBA, what happened early March when the SP was knocked of it's perch? Iceland Volcano and Market downturn or something company related?

If nothing fundamental has changed, the SP should be well above current levels in the months to come.

This would indicate VBA is an attractive buy at the moment providing the broader market continues to recover.
