    Over 30mil shares traded at nearly $2mil worth.
    Quite an interest.
    The SA government is and always has been inefficient and corrupt, but the money potentially on offer from the Karoo is the exact reason I believe this will eventually go ahead. Might still have a hiccup here or there along the way, but it is a matter of 'When' not 'If'
