This is nothing of the sort. How is child care any different from the 1000 other services in Australia.

This is hardly a government bail out. 22 million is hardly a bailout, it is pocket change in the scheme of things. The government is just pitching in to keep the centres ticking over.

ABC is child care is certainly not an operational failure. As far as I can see it is an absolute success. It has been financial and management failures that has caused the bust.
