Through NAB the conversion AUD to CAD = 0.899
Kitco quoted exchange rate at the time: AUD/CAD = 0.940671
Margin = 0.041671
so for $200 the margin cost is $8.33

Kitco quoted exchange rate at the time: AUD/CAD = 0.940204
Margin = 0.000204
so for $200 the margin cost is $0.04

OUCH!!!!
So the question is: Why is NAB so expensive?
Do they expect the client to not bother to check the reported exchange rates?
