Its called diversification....
Maybe their view of Romang developing and the sovereign risk has changed (for the worse)....or maybe they are doing the smart thing and hedging their bets.
I'm not sure at thsi stage. Have some very serious doubts...
But I wait patiently (at thisstage) to find out.
