On May 30, the Australian-based exploration company said it was planning to raise about 18.3 mln stg from the placement.
The company also said its current director and former executive director Grant Button has resigned from the company after its transition from a development focus to a production focus. As the company concentrates on developing its chrome washing and PGM recovery plants in South Africa the role held by Button is now largely handled by the South African office.
