it is not in his interests for the options to be in the money by June..... considering he wants to underwrite 20% of them he would rather not all be converted so he can get his fill......
why can't he buy options on market now ???
i think the underwriting of options while being a good sign of confidence for Tsangs future involvement will not play out well for oppie holders unless you are planning on converting...... i suggest emailing managment to express concern & push for the vote regarding Tsangs underwriting to be brought forward as opposed to mid june....
although considering he holds a 19.9% stake i guess he is going to hold a fair majority of votes.....
