Most people avoid Ads like the plague and are looking for organic results.
I would expect the Pericoach to come up on the first page of results, not paid for, if someone googles
"female urinary incontinence"
Sadly it only comes up as a paid ad at the bottom of the page. I could fix this for ALT in a day so it gets a high ranking without having to pay for advertising. Not only that you also have to pay per click, every time someone clicks on the ad to go to the Pericoach website. That is where your cash from the last CR is going to on a rapid cash burn which is entirely unnecessary.
With my business I don't pay Google a cent to promote my website. It is all about using key words in the meta data. If you can't do it yourself, there are people who know about Search Engine Optimisation or SEO. Unfortunately ALT seems to be out of its depth when it comes to making a simple web page, or has engaged some web designers sadly lacking in this vital skill set.
ALT still has the burette page active when it is not selling the burette for example. Try googling "Autostart burette" and you will see what I mean.
And have you seen the Pericoach Facebook page?
"We are nearly wetting our pants with excitement about the launch of our new look website! "

Yes this is a bit of a worry.....every business gets bombarded with SEO co's trying to get business.....I don't know how they missed ALT. Also the company we engaged for our marketing strategy / campaign should have incorporated SEO as part of the overall package....after all we are meant to be in the e-Health space!!
