I have on one occasion emailed the company via their investor relations link on their website....I received a same day reply from Ross Mangelsdorf who addressed my query about their release of the shareholder newsletter.

I also asked him a couple of other questions about sales forecasts / guidance and future share consolidation ......about sales forecasts / guidance he advised it is extremely difficult due to limited history, data, competitor comparison etc.....the share consolidation is under consideration.
