I'm not an ADE holder but have been watching with interest.

BPT have in the past made an on mkt takeover for ITC.

They loaded up the buy side at 8 cents and then slightly incresed the offer to 8.25 cents to get everyone else over the line.

So it is likely that they will offer a slightly higher price to gain full control and delist the company.

The durectors know this and hence the reason why not accepting the offer. They will now negotiate with BPT for a higher price.
