Interesting article in the Australian - Battle on as Prime Targeted.

Goes into how PRT is considered a takeover target if parliament votes to get rid of the reach rule.

Mentions the 22 million shares (6% of the company) that changed hands yesterday. They say that 'sources' have said that the seller was Australian Super, which may have been sparked by a mandate change at the fund and that the stock was believed to have been picked up by a number of institutions.

Be interesting to know what the mandate change might be - is it possible that it may have something to do with Peter Costello running Australian Super and also holding a director position on the NEC board. Maybe conflict of interest?

Anyway it would be nice to know that it may be for another reason other than they don't see any value in owning the stock.
