Law will need Senate committee to check again on 12 May 2016 but it seems Greens opposes it and Turnbull needs to do some trade to get the Senate in line.

My point of view is 30 cents would look more reasonable to me as it is operating in such a difficult industry and you will never know whether PRT will be bought by any other big boys. PRT is well run and earning some decent money even in absolute value basis compared to those big boys who are 10 times bigger than it.
