IMO it is a good time to buy. There has been a lot of talk about revenue and growth paths being slowed as ANN is maturing as a large cap company - and I agree to a certain extent. However geographically I belive they have still a lot of growth to go - also they have made a fair few acquisitions across the globe - I would expect that ANN consolidate before a further push for growth through these newly acquired businesses.

Management have been prudent as the SP has fallen by conducting a share buyback. In the long run this will add value to holders. @zhanginu and @TheBunyip have summarised the rest.

IMO the next 2 years will be a good time to either add to your position or to build a postion in ANN. I say the next two years because the AUD-USD exchange rate has largly created this opportunity, and who knows what going to happen to the US economy with the oil price staying low.

Not much downside risk, well managed company. Your not going to get 20% pa returns in ANN in the short term, but long term now looks like a great time to buy.
