If only more owner mindsets thought this way, ITB; we would all be independantly wealthy. Thats why securities like these (AUI, DUI, CHO, MLT) have limited turnover and trading. Investing is easy - pass the baton to those that know how to do it better than we do for minimal remuneration (fees).
Heck, I have mine managed by Warren and Charlie in Berkshire Hathaway. I couldnt think of it being anywhere better.
