The last few months the NTA has come in just below the performance of the all ords so I knocked it back a bit to $14.72 for a conservative estimate. I hope you are right though and she reports $14.84 or above.

I expect they will lower the dividend as forecast in an earlier announcement, that simply reflects the approach taken by companies across the spectrum. I would rather a lower dividend than an destabilising strategy like paying out more than earnings.

I'm interested to see how the dividend compares with that announced for AFI and ARG.

I think it might be a favourable comparison.
