    You are spot on about resolving the Berlin Pharma issue - this has in my mind always been an impediment to moving the company forward - I mean we have the product but we are in dispute about who can make it - not a great look

    I am sure that Steve and Mike are working on this issue but as always we will not hear anything until things are settled and signed
