There seems to be very little news to be found in relation to the court action with HC Berlin Pharma,. It seems to be bogged down in the queue and could take some time to resolve. I seem to recall that this was discussed a while ago on HC and the thought was offered that the solution was to repurchase the manufacturing rights from the Administrator......to my mind this is still the preferred option and would be a clean break...... but at what cost?.......From memory I think the deal was along the lines that the manufacturing rights were exchanged for 8M euros for a 20 % interest of HC Berlin or that we were to purchase 20% for 8 M and they had the manufacturing rights....at the end of the day HC Berlin got the manufacturing rights and EMS got well and truly duded. What would it cost to purchase the rights back from theAdministrator and get on with life? Time to horse trade, strike a deal and if need be do a CR to make it go away.

The point of this ramble is that any sort of ANN to clear the decks would give some elbow grease to our recent run back to a fair value SP.....in fact virtually any ANN would keep the SP on the up and up......how about it SC...just a little one...please.
