My thoughts are that the trade sale would involve an upfront payment - deals in this sector in recent times I am told would suggest the upfront payment could be modest - this though would guarantee the company’s survival and would allow them to pick and choose what they took on next
Further payments would then follow upon hitting certain milestones - a royalty would be nice
Ultimately the company would be in a position to do a capital payback or special distribution - how much this would be and exactly when it took place would be subject to the terms of any deal they could produce
As a wild card (and this has never been their preferred option) there is nothing to suggest they could not start taking orders once the trial is completed subject to the licenses being granted - they would be in a position to borrow funds against their order bank and so could become a manufacturer and seller in their own right - I temper this consideration with the need to finalise Berlin Pharma so as to be in a position to do this
Today’s share action was nice to see - and I wait with interest to see how far holders will be prepared to allow the share price to run before those who have bought low cave in and sell
All only my thoughts Bluebush for what they’re worth
