Merry Christmas everyone.

The topic PAX has been heated by loyal fans and realists, who will be right? Will full respect to all posters on this thread we all should be able to voice our opinion and not be shot down by Childish remards.
I also agree we need to stick to the facts.

Ok now that is said, I have a question for everyone.

How do you expect PAX to even get to 1 cent when these documents are signed because they will keep issueing more shares and more shares to pay for everything. Why else would they get the $5 million deer valley deal?

Also if they cancel it once these documents are signed, which they should. Why have they got $5 million draw down facility? is it because they think this is going to take 12 months more and they need it to keep the company alive?
