With regards to the amount of directors/management i was talking about the 290K renumeration for the quarter.How that is split makes little difference, point being not much is being done at the moment from what i can see as is evident in the low ball SP.

With respect, the only way i can see a 2 to 4 cent SP is by way of a consolidation.
If you have not noticed, the last issue to Deer Valley was at .001 and i for one can not see this moving unless some great announcement can be released.
